This research aims to develop animated video media with the IPAS Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model for Class V Elementary School with a focus on human respiratory system material. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 23 fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya. The instruments used were validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results of media and material validation obtained a score of 92.5% (Very Feasible), media practicality based on teacher and student responses of 87% (Very Practical), and media effectiveness shown by learning completeness of 91.3% (Very Effective). These results show that Animated Video Media with Project Based Learning (PJBL) IPAS Learning Model for Grade V Elementary School is feasible, practical, and effective to use in IPAS learning on human respiratory system material.
