This research aims to develop interactive learning media using articulate storylines to improve student learning outcomes in fractions in third-grade elementary school. This research is a developmental research known as Research and Development (R&D). In this study, the researcher used the ADDIE development procedure, which consists of five stages. To collect data for this study, the researcher conducted observations, distributed questionnaires, and administered tests to third-grade students of SD Negeri No. 101948 Bingkat, as well as documented the results. To determine whether the developed media was interesting and suitable for use in learning, expert validation was conducted, with assessments expressed in the form of "Yes-No" responses. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the interactive learning media using articulate storylines developed for fractions in third-grade elementary school students at SD Negeri No. 101948 Bingkat was very suitable for use, reviewed from the validation results of media experts, material experts, and teacher responses. The developed interactive media was also declared very practical, as evidenced by student responses, which showed that the media was easy to use, interesting, and helped them understand the material better. The percentage of student learning completion increased from 43.47% before using the media to 82.60% after using the media.
