Communication skills were an essential element in chemistry learning, supporting concept mastery and student interaction. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to evaluate the effectiveness of various teaching methods in enhancing students' communication skills. Based on an analysis of 20 articles, the Discovery Learning and Blended Learning methods demonstrated the most significant results, with average increases of 60.5% and 50%, respectively. Meanwhile, Think-Talk-Write and Group Investigation methods also contributed positively, although their improvements were more moderate. The findings highlighted the importance of integrating active exploration and technology-based approaches into chemistry learning. It is concluded that adapting innovative teaching methods effectively enhances students' communication skills, fostering more interactive and collaborative learning experiences.
