The background to this research is that there are variations in teaching styles regarding students' learning interests. The teaching style in the learning process in class VII Mtsn 7 Agam Batu Balantai Canduang, Canduang District, Agam Regency, carried out by the teacher, is still monotonous and has not been varied, resulting in students experiencing boredom when following the learning process so that students are less interested in learning and make students' motor skills less than optimal. The formulation of the problem in this research is how does the teacher's teaching style vary at MTSN 7 Agam, is there an influence of variations in teacher's teaching style on students' interest in learning in Islamic cultural history subjects, what is the influence of teaching variations on students' learning interest in Islamic cultural history subjects. The aim of the research is to test whether there is an influence of teachers' teaching styles on students' interest in learning in Islamic cultural history subjects at MTSN 7 Agam Batu Balantai, Agam Regency, to test whether there is an influence of variations in teachers' teaching styles on students' learning interest in Islamic cultural history subjects at MTSN. 7Agam Batu Balantai, Agam Regency. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant influence of variations in teacher teaching styles on students' interest in learning at MTSN 7Agam Batu Balantai, Agam Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with the nature of correlational research using regression. The population from this research is all class VII students at MTSN 7 Agam Batu Balantai, Agam Regency. This research data is the result of documentation of questionnaire scores on variations in teacher teaching styles and questionnaire scores on interest in learning. The results of the T test obtained a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and Tcount≥ Ttable, namely 38.762≥ 1.674. In accordance with the criteria tcount≥ ttable. In the sense that there is an influence, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of variations in teacher teaching styles on students' interest in learning in the subject of history of Islamic culture in class VII at MTSN 7 Agam Batu Balantai, Agam Regency.
