The research entitled "Implementation of Role Playing Model to Improve Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes on Interview Text Material of Fourth Grade Students of SDN Oesapa Kecil 2, Kupang City" was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Oesapa Kecil 2, Kupang City in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Oesapa Kecil 2 after the implementation of the role playing model in learning. The research approach used was classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were all 21 fourth grade students of SDN Oesapa Kecil 2. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, where in the first cycle the students' learning outcomes met the criteria of being quite good with a percentage of completion reaching 57.14%. While in the second cycle, the students' learning outcomes increased significantly and met the criteria of being very good with a percentage of completion reaching 95.23%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the role playing model is effective in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes in the interview text material of fourth grade students at SDN Oesapa Kecil 2, Kupang City.
