<![CDATA[This study examines students’ learning difficulties in solving mathematical word problems on data presentation material in Grade III at SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang. The problem underlying this research is that many students still experience difficulties in understanding concepts, interpreting questions, and applying appropriate problem-solving strategies. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of learning difficulties experienced by students and to identify the factors that influence these difficulties. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through tests, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques with triangulation to ensure validity. The results show that students experience difficulties in several aspects, including understanding problem statements, determining problem-solving strategies, performing calculations, and rechecking answers. These difficulties are influenced by internal factors such as low learning motivation and limited conceptual understanding, as well as external factors such as teaching methods and limited use of learning media. The findings imply that teachers need to apply more varied instructional strategies and provide concrete learning media to help students better understand mathematical concepts and improve their problem-solving skills.]]>
