<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the multivariate link between technical proficiency, work ethic, and professional attitudes in the application of industrial methods by fashion design students. 120 students from the Fashion Design department at three vocational institutions participated in the study, which employed a quantitative technique with a correlational design. The Likert scale employed in the exam has undergone validity and reliability testing. Multivariate regression and canonical correlation were employed in data analysis. The findings demonstrated a substantial (p 0.05) relationship between professional attitudes and technical competence and work ethic, with the technical competence variable making the largest contribution. These results highlight how crucial it is for professionalism and technical skills to work together to improve students' preparedness for the workforce during industrial internships. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 120 mahasiswa program keahlian Tata Busana dari tiga perguruan tinggi vokasional. Instrumen menggunakan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi kanonik dan regresi multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap profesional dan kompetensi teknis bersama-sama berhubungan signifikan dengan etos kerja (p 0.05), dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari variabel kompetensi teknis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara profesionalisme dan keterampilan teknis dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa saat praktik industri. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum berbasis industri dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan etos kerja mahasiswa.
