<![CDATA[AbstrakWabhah az-Zuhaili beranggapan kompleksitas masyarakat di abad sekarang ini menuntut adanya ijitihad bersama. Karena ijtihad bersama pembahasannya lebih komprehensif dan representatif. Alasan inilah yang membuat az-Zuhaili menyuarakan adanya tajdid (pembaharuan) dalam hukum. Tujuan dari adanya pembaharuan hukum Islam untuk membuktikan sifat fleksibilitas syari'at Islam dalam bidang mu'amalah yang tidak bertentangan dengan nas-nas syar'i.
