<![CDATA[Penyakit Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan berbahaya ketika tekanan darah di pembuluh darah meningkat secara kronis.Penderita hipertensi pada umumnya merasakan nyeri pada kepala, Nyeri tersebut akan merangsang saraf simpatis sehingga menyebabkan tekanan pembuluh darah naik, peningkatan tersebut akan meragsang kelenjar adrenal dan aliran darah keginjal menurun. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan implementasi keperawatan pemberian terapi kompres hangat untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri kepala pada pasien hipertensi. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah naratif dalam bentuk studi literature menggunakan reset librabry . Kriteria artikel / hasil penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 artikel / hasil penelitian yang di publikasikan secara online dari rentang tahun 2015-2020. Artikel atau hasil penelitian tersebut tersedia secara full teks untuk di gunakan peneliti sebagai data untuk di analisis. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Berdasarkan 5 jurnal yang telah di review hasil yang didapat setelah melakukan identifikasi dan analisis pemberian kompres air hangat menunjukkan hasil lebih efektif untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri kepala pada pasien hipertensi. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Dengan pemberian terapi kompres air hangat dapat menurunkan nyeri kepala pada klien dengan hipertensi. Diharapkan studi literatur ini dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan bagi perawat dan keluarga bahwa dengan terapi kompres air hangat dapat menurunkan nyeri kepala pada klien dengan hipertensi. Patients with hypertension in general feel pain in the head, the pain will stimulate the sympathetic nerves causing blood vessel pressure to rise, the increase will degrade the adrenal glands and the blood flow of the kidneys decreases. Research objectives: To get an overview of the implementation of nursing implementation of treatment of warm compresses to reduce head pain in hypertensive patients. Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of a literature study using a reset Librabry. The article criteria/research results used in this research consist of 5 articles/research results that are published online from the range of 2015-2020 years. The articles or results of the study are available in full text to be used by researchers as data for analysis. Results and discussion: Based on 5 journals that have been reviewed by the results after conducting the identification and analysis of hot water compresses shows more effective results to reduce head pain in hypertensive patients. Conclusion and suggestion: With the introduction of therapy warm water compresses can decrease head pain in the client with hypertension. It is hoped that this literature study can add knowledge insight to nurses and families that with warm water compressing therapies can decrease head pain in clients with hypertension.
