<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Apendiksitis adalah kondisi di mana infeksi terjadi di umbai cacing yang mengakibatkan nyeri pada kuadran kanan bawah rongga abdomen, yang mana apendiks ini memerlukan penanganan melalui tindakan pembedahan, intervensi medis yang akan di lakukan pada penderita apendiktomy biyasanya pembedahan abdomen. Sehingga pasien post apendiktomy mengalami nyeri, dan dapat mengunakan terapi parmakologi dan non parmakologi dalam mengatasi nyeri berupa. Penerapan tehnik relaksasi benson. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature review yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber literatur yang berbentuk buku dan artikel ilmiah yang sudah terpublikasi. Hasil Berdasarkan 5 jurnal yang telah di review hasil yang di dapat setelah melakukan identifikasi dan analisis penerapan tehnik relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien post apendiktomy. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan analisa yang telah di lakukan penulis maka penerapan tehnik relaksasi benson mampu mengurangi intesitas nyeri pada pasien post apendiktomy.
