Abstract

ABSTRAKBurnout menjadi masalah yang mengakibatkan gangguan pada kognitif, emosional dan sikap dari mahasiswa keperawatan. Ditambah lagi pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan perubahan metode pembelajaran sehingga beban belajar mahasiswa menjadi meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kejadian burnout pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 84 responden yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data dianalisis secara univariat dengan uji descriptive statistics. Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (91,7%), memiliki kesesuaian peminatan (83,3%) dan memiliki IPK dengan pujian (79,8%). Gambaran tingkat kejadian burnout didapatkan mayoritas pada tingkat sedang (71,4%).Kata kunci: burnout, mahasiswa keperawatan, covid-9ABSTRACTBurnout is a problem that causes cognitive, emotional and behavioral disturbances of nursing students. The purpose of this study was to see an overview of burnout events in nursing students. This research is included in the quantitative research with descriptive method and cross sectional approach. Sampling used accidental sampling technique and obtained a sample of 84 respondents who fit the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed univariately with descriptive statistics test. The majority of respondents were female (91.7%), had a suitability of interest (83.3%) and had a GPA with honors (79.8%). The description of the burnout incident level was obtained by the majority at a moderate level (71.4%).Keywords: burnout, nursing student, covid-9
