AbstrakPendahuluan : Kanker kolorektal sejenis kanker keganasan yang dimulai dari usus besar sampai dengan rektum. Aplikasi kesehatan smartphone seperti aplikasi mobile healthdapat membantu dalam mengelola kesehatan. Tujuan ; Mendeskripsikan efektifitas aplikasi mobile health terhadap self management pasien kanker kolorektal. Metode : Menggunakan literature review dari data base online CINAHL, Proquest dan Science Direct dengan kata kunci Mobile Health, Self Management, Colorectal Cancer. Hasil : Telaah 10 jurnal memberikan gambaran aplikasi mobile health efektif menjadi penghubung antara pasien, keluarga dan pakar klinis dalam meningkatkan self management pasien kolorektal. Kesimpulannya : pengembangan intervensi kesehatan berbasis teknologi dan online dengan aplikasi mobile health dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif pasien kanker kolorektal dengan fitur aplikasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Rekomendasi : aplikasi mobile health semakin berkembang pemanfaatannya dalam self management pasien kanker kolorektal dan fitur aplikasinya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penggunanya.Kata kunci: Mobile Health, self management, colorectal cancerTHE EFFECTIVENESS OF MOBILE HEALTH APPLICATIONS ON SELF MANAGEMENT OF COLORECTAL CANCER PATIENTS : Literature ReviewAbstractIntroduction : Colorectal cancer is cancer that the orginates in the colon (large intestinal) and rectum (the part that connect the colon and anus). Objective : Describe the effectivenes of the mobile health application for self management of colorectal cancer patient. Method : Use literature review from online databases such as CINAHL, Proquest and Science Direct with keywords mobile health, self management, colorectal cancer. Result :journal review obtained from 10 journal, it was explained describe that the mobile health application be a effective betwwn patient, family and clinical experts at improving self management of colorectal patient. Conclusion : The development of information technology-based health and online interventions with mobile healyh application cab be utilized effectively bycolorectal cancer patients by providing application features that are tailored to the needs. Recommendation : The Mobile Health apllications are increasingly being used in self management patients colorectal cancer and the applications features that suits needs for the user.Keywords : mobile health, self management, colorectal cancer
