ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Osteoarthritis adalah penyakit sendi yang terjadi pada cartilago (tulang rawan) yang ditandai dengan timbulnya nyeri saat terjadi penekanan sendi yang terkena. Kelainan pada kartilago akan berakibat tulang bergesekan satu sama lain, sehingga timbul gejala kekakuan, Nyeri pembatasan gerak pada sendi Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan jurnal ini Goggle Scholar yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2014-2020. Hasil Penelitian : literature ini Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompres hangat dengan kejadian tingkat nyeri pada pasien dengan osteoarthitis .Kesimpulan :Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari hasil 5 artikel diatas bahwa Terdapat penurunan nyeri sendi secara signifikan baik pada kelompok kontrol maupun intervensi, tetapi pada kelompok intervensi penurunan nyeri sendi lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Kompres hangat merupakan salah satu terapi modalitas dalam intervensi keperawatan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan rasa nyaman pada lansia dengan nyerisendi.Kata kunci :kompres hangat, nyeri sendi, osteoarthritisDaftar Pustaka : 15 sumber (2014-2021)ABSTRACTBackground: Osteoarthritis is a joint disease that occurs in cartilage (cartilage) which is characterized by the onset of pain when pressing on the affected joint. Results: In this literature, there is a significant effect between warm compresses and the incidence of pain levels in patients with osteoarthitis. Conclusion: So it can be concluded from the results of the 5 articles above that there was a significant reduction in joint pain in both the control and intervention groups, but in the intervention group a decrease joint pain was greater than the control group.
