<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Osteoarthritis adalah penyakit sendi yang terjadi pada cartilago (tulang rawan) yang ditandai dengan timbulnya nyeri saat terjadi penekanan sendi yang terkena. Kelainan pada kartilago akan berakibat tulang bergesekan satu sama lain, sehingga timbul gejala kekakuan, Nyeri pembatasan gerak pada sendi Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan jurnal ini Goggle Scholar yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2014-2020. Hasil Penelitian : literature ini Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompres hangat dengan kejadian tingkat nyeri pada pasien dengan osteoarthitis .Kesimpulan :Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari hasil 5 artikel diatas bahwa Terdapat penurunan nyeri sendi secara signifikan baik pada kelompok kontrol maupun intervensi, tetapi pada kelompok intervensi penurunan nyeri sendi lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol.
