Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Bayi berat lahir rendah ( BBLR ) adalah bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan kurang dari 2.500 gram. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dari perawatan metode kangguru terhadap kenaikan berat badan bayi BBLR. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan jurnal studi literatur review ini menggunakan buku, artikel ilmiah, khususnya yang terpublikasi. Dengan melakukan pencarian melalui google scholar yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2016-2020. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan berat badan terhadap bayi BBLR. Dengan dilakukan perawatan metode kangguru bayi menjadi lebih sering menyusu kepada ibu sehingga dapat meningkatkan berat badan pada bayi BBLR. Kesimpulan : Adanya pengaruh perawatan metode kangguru terhadap kenaikan berat badan BBLR. Diharapkan studi literatur ini dapat menambah wawasan bagi orang tua dan perawat dalam upaya meningkatkan berat badan pada bayi BBLR.Kata Kunci : Metode Kangguru, Berat Badan, BBLRABSTRACTBackground : Low birth weight babies are babies born weighing less than 2.500 grams. Objective : This study aims to obtain an overview of the kangaroo method of care for the weight gain of LBW infants. Methods : The method used in collecting this literature review study journal uses books, scientific articles, especially those that are published. By doing a search through Google Scholar published from 2016-2020. Research Results : The results showed that there was an increase in body weight for LBW infants. With the kangaroo method, the baby will breastfeed more often to the mother so that it can increase body weight in LBW babies. Conclusion : There is an effect of kangaroo method treatment on LBW weight gain. It is hoped that this literature study can add insight for parents and nurses in an effort to increase body weight in LBW infants.Keywords : Kangaroo Method, weight, Low Birth Weight ( LBW
