<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap Distres psikologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability dengan metode purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dari populasi berdasarkan dengan kriteria yang akan diteliti. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linaer sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai B = 0,195, R = 0,728, R² = 0,530, dan P = 0,000, Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara job insecurity terhadap distres psikologi dan arah pengaruhnya positif yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi job insecurity maka distres psikologi semakin meningkat.ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on psychological distress. This research was conducted to the nurses at Aji Muhammad Parikesit Regional General Hospital Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara. Sampling in this study using nonprobability technique with purposive sampling method where sampling of the population based on the criteria to be studied. Data analysis technique used is simple linier regression analysis. The result of simple linear regression analysis is obtained B = 0,195, R = 0,728, R² = 0,530, and P = 0,000. This means that there is a significant influence between job insecurity on psychological distress and the positive effect that indicates that the higher job insecurity the psychological distress increases.  ]]>
