<![CDATA[The implementation of nursing practice standards in Indonesia has been regulated in various laws and regulations, such as Law No. 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing and its implementing regulations. These standards aim to ensure the quality of nursing services, patient safety, and legal protection for nurses and the community. However, implementation in the field still faces various challenges, such as disparities in nurses' competencies, limited facilities, insufficient supervision, and an inadequate documentation and evaluation system. Efforts to improve implementation include strengthening education and training, digitising nursing documentation, harmonising regulations, and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration between the government, professional organisations, and educational institutions. With shared commitment and adaptive regulatory updates, the implementation of nursing practice standards is expected to run optimally and sustainably, thereby enhancing the quality of healthcare services in Indonesia.]]>
