This study aimed to understand whether exercise, particularly fast walking in the open, as an activity, affects life expectancy; in other words, it reduces the risk of early death among the older generation. This research study took data on papers published in 10 years from 2010 to 2020. It consists of 50 paper titles from various international study contexts. Our exploration is limited to secondary data that we search with the help of the internet from databases of international publications such as Google Books, Elsevier, Taylor&France, and Sagepub. Next, we analysed using a phenomenological approach involving a coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation before making conclusions that will make valid and reliable finding data. The records of the existence of findings from the 50 articles that we reviewed were collected. We found that daily exercise and fast walking had the opposite connection to mortality or more extended life expectancy in general. The data has controlled for various factors such as age and health status. We found that those with a background characterized by being physically active had a reduced risk of death than those who did not participate in daily fast walking.

Abstract

This paper explores the delegation of medical treatment from medical personnel to nurses in Indonesia and the associated civil liability issues. While medical personnel can delegate medical treatment to nurses under Article 65 of Law Number 36 of 2014, Law Number 38 of 2014 provides for deviations from this law. According to Article 29 paragraph (3) letter e of Law Number 38, the nurse is responsible for medical actions, raising concerns about civil liability if mistakes or negligence occur. The paper argues that medical personnel should bear civil law responsibility for medical actions carried out by nurses based on delegation of authority and suggests amending Article 32 of Law Number 38 of 2014 to clarify accountability and change the term "delegation of authority" to "cooperation or collaboration." The paper emphasizes the need to regulate and clarify civil liability in delegating medical action from medical personnel to nurses in Indonesia. By doing so, healthcare professionals can collaborate more effectively and safely to deliver quality healthcare services to patients. The proposed amendments to the law could provide a more equitable and responsible approach to delegating medical treatment to nurses, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care possible.

Abstract

Understanding the risks and opportunities in real estate investing is an exciting study for academic purposes and business applications in the field. The author believes that this question is very relevant to be discussed to understand the opportunities and risks if someone wants to run a property business, which is a very lucrative business opportunity. To complete the discussion of this theme, we have conducted a series of electronic data searches on several publication databases, journals, books, and websites that actively discuss the risks and opportunities of investing in real estate, both nationally and internationally. We cannot describe the data validly and adequately if we do not do an in-depth study first, involving a data coding system and a thorough evaluation to get data findings that can answer. We carried out data published in the last ten years from 2010 to 2021, considering that today's data is so fast that it continues to change and evolve. Based on the phenomenological study we saw from the extensive data exploration. We found several points which in general were understanding the opportunities of the risk of investing in property, so based on this discussion, we can conclude that the opportunity is this considering that property is a business that never runs out and cannot be as easy as others are in motion and the sale and purchase, they only need to maintain, and the risk will usually occur if mismanagement and natural disasters such as floods and fires, the rest of the property business opportunities are indeed very promising. Thus, this finding should be a complement to the same studies.
