This study is prompted by the critical need for Muslim women to access and comprehend Quranic text directly, without complete dependence on translations. It aims to examine the implementation and impact of the NISA Program (Nahwu I'rab Sharaf al-Quran), conducted by Yahdifa.org. As a community service initiative, the program employs a participatory action method based on empowerment, comprising preparation stages (needs identification), implementation (online instruction via Zoom with an integrated curriculum), intensive mentoring, as well as evaluation and reporting. The findings indicate that the program has successfully fostered significant literacy transformation by building the cognitive confidence of participants from diverse backgrounds, despite facing the natural challenge of participant selection throughout the learning process. This initiative demonstrates that mastery of the foundational tools for understanding the Qur’an can be made accessible to the general public through a practical curriculum and a methodical, technology-adaptive approach.
