This study aims to understand strategies for maintaining the existence of Bolu Sawit and public interest in it. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute to the development of theory and practice related to the regional food industry and the creative economy in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used in this study was the researcher herself, assisted by the five senses and a notebook for data collection. Five informants were recruited: the owner of Legans Bolu Sawit, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the community. Data description was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that maintaining the existence of Bolu Sawit ultimately requires a long-term commitment from all stakeholders involved. This includes consistent quality control, continuous innovation, and adaptive marketing strategies. Public interest in Bolu Sawit is very high. This interest is driven by a combination of factors: the uniqueness of the product concept, satisfactory sensory quality, proportional value, and pride in the product.
