Abstrak Permasalahan stunting masih menjadi fokus kesehatan yang memerlukan penanggulangan sedini mungkin. Di Indonesia, prevalensi kejadian stunting mencapai 19,8% di tahun 2024, termasuk Kabupaten Mojokerto dimana prevalensi stunting sebesar 15,3%. Angka ini masih belum memenuhi target nasional sebesar 14%. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan intervensi kesehatan yang dapat mencegah stunting dengan meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil sebagai penentu kondisi kesehatan anak yang akan dilahirkan. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dirancang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi menjaga kesehatan ibu hamil melalui edukasi gizi, pengenalan modifikasi pangan bakso lele, pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan monitoring pola makan. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil sejumlah 8 orang yang ada di Desa Trawas. Metode kegiatan meliputi (1) Edukasi Gizi, ASI Eksklusif, MP-ASI, dan Keluarga Sadar Gizi, (2) Evaluasi melalui Pre-test dan Post-test, (3) Pengenalan modifikasi pangan bakso lele, (4) Pemeriksaan Kesehatan, dan (5) Food Recall. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 5 ibu hamil meningkat pengetahuannya setelah mendapatkan edukasi dengan kenaikan sebesar 21,88%, sebanyak 43,7% ibu hamil menyukai bakso lele, dan ibu hamil mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bervariatif berdasarkan pencatatan 24hours Recall. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan memberikan manfaat nyata dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait gizi, dan motivasi menjaga pola makan, sehingga stunting dapat dicegah. Dukungan dan peran dari masyarakat, tenaga kesehatan, pemerintah daerah, dan perguruan tinggi diperlukan demi keberlanjutan program. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting is expected to reach 19,8% by 2024, including in Mojokerto Regency, where the prevalence is 15,3%. This figure still falls short of the national target of 14%. Therefore, health interventions are needed to prevent stunting by improving maternal health, as this determines the health of the unborn child. The community service activities are designed to increase knowledge and motivation to maintain the health of pregnant women through nutrition education, introduction of catfish meatball food modifications, health checks, and monitoring of eating patterns. The targets of this activity are 8 pregnant women from Trawas village. The activity methods include (1) Nutrition Educaton, Exclusive Breastfeeding, MP-ASI, and Nutrition Aware Families, (2) Evaluation through Pre-test and Post-test, (3) Introduction to modified catfish meatball food, (4) Health Checks, and (5) Food Recall. The results showed that 5 pregnant women’s knoelwdge increased after receiving education with an increase of 21,88%, 43,7% of pregnant women liked catfish meatballs, and pregnant women consumed healthy and varied foods based on 24hours Recall recording. In conclusion, the community service activities carried out provided real benefits in increasing knowledge ewlated to nutrition, and motivation to maintain diet, so that stunting can be prevented. Support and roles from the community, health workers, local governments, and universities are needed for the sustainability of the program.
