<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode drill melalui model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 9 Gowa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah metode driil pada model discovery learning dan model discovery learning tanpa metode driil. Variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi pokok asam basa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 9 Gowa yang berjumlah 240 peserta didik yang tersebar dalam 7 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI MIA 2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 3 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 35 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan 34 untuk kelas kontrol. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar pada materi pokok asam basa berupa nilai N-Gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Nilai N-Gain yang diperoleh di kelas eksperimen dengan frekuensi sedang yaitu 29 orang atau 82.86 % dan frekuensi rendah yaitu 6 orang atau 17.14% sedangkan nilai N-Gain di kelas control dengan frekuensi sedang yaitu 16 orang atau 47.05% dan frekuensi rendah yaitu 18 orang atau 52.95%. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t menghasilkan t_hitung (2,86)> t_tabel (1,67) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode drill melalui model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 9 Gowa pada materi pokok asam basa. ABSTRACT The research was a quasi-experimental that aimed to know the influence of drill method in discovery learning model to student learning outcome of XI MIA class of SMAN 9 Gowa on acid base Topic. The independent variable in this research was the drill method in discovery learning model and the dependent variable were the student’s learning outcome on acid base Topic. The population was XI MIA class of SMAN 9 Gowa consisted of 240 students with seven classes. Technique of sample was a simple random sampling. The sample research consisted of two classes, namely XI MIA2 class as an experiment group and XI MIA 3 class as a control group with 35 students in experiment group and 34 students in control group. The data of the research were gathered by learning outcome test of acid base Topic for N-Gain which were analyzed by using t-test. The result of hypothesis was t_calculated (2,86)> t_table (1,67). It can be concluded that there is an effect of drill method in discovery learning model to student’s learning outcome of XI MIA class of SMAN 9 Gowa on acid base Topic.]]>
