PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MEKANIKA TEKNIK DI SMK 1 MOJOKERTO

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK 1 Mojokerto dengan tujuan ; (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik di SMK 1 Mojokerto. (2) Untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran dengan diterapkannya model PjBL pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik di SMK 1 Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model pembelajaran project based learning. Sedangkan penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap 2015/2016 di SMK 1 Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif siswa meningkat dari siklus 1 yaitu 38% menjadi 83% pada siklus 2 dan psikomotor siswa meningkat dari siklus 1 yaitu 41% menjadi 100% pada siklus 2. Sedangkan keterlaksanaan kegiatan mengajar guru meningkat dari siklus 1 sebesar 2,70 tergolong kategori baik menjadi 3,00 pada siklus 2 tergolong kategori baik. Sehingga model pembelajaran project based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TGB 1 SMK 1 Mojokerto. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning, Hasil Belajar Siswa This research carried on in SMK 1 Mojokerto in order ; (1) to determine the effect of project based learning model learning towards improving student learning outcomes in the subjects of engineering mechanics at SMK 1 Mojokerto. (2) to determine the enforceability of the learning model with the implementation of the model PjBL on the subjects of engineering mechanics at SMK 1 Mojokerto. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles. The learning model used is a model learning project based learning. Whereas this research is done in the second semester of 2015/2016 at SMK 1 Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that cognitive achievement of students increased from cycle 1 is 38% to 83% in cycle 2 and psychomotor students increased from cycle 1 is 41% to 100% in cycle 2. While adherence to the teaching activity of teachers increased from cycle 1 of 2,70 belong to both categories to 3,00 in cycle 2 belong to either category. So that the learning model of project based learning can improve learning outcomes of students of class X TGB 1 SMK 1 Mojokerto.
