<![CDATA[Equivalency education is an essential part of nonformal education aimed at improving public access to education. PKBM Cahaya Ilmu in Pekanbaru City provides Package B and Package C programs as alternative learning pathways for the community. This study aims to analyze quality control of equivalency education programs based on National Education Standards. The literature review discusses concepts of equivalency education, national standards, and the role of PKBM in community empowerment. The research method uses a literature review approach supported by observation, interviews, documentation, and secondary data from national education systems. The results show that facilities adequately support learning activities, the learning process is flexible according to learner characteristics, and evaluation is conducted through written tests, assignments, and activity observation. PKBM plays a role in improving educational access. The conclusion indicates that quality control is implemented adequately in accordance with standards.]]>
