This study aims to examine how the Inlislite program supports the development of library materials at the Regional Archives and Library Office of Papua Province, to identify the challenges encountered in its implementation, and to analyze the impact of its use on the quality of library services. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. It focuses on how Inlislite contributes to the development of library collections, the obstacles faced during its implementation, and the impact of its use on library services. The results of the study show that Inlislite significantly assists librarians in managing collections, data entry, classification, and circulation in a more efficient and systematic manner. Furthermore, library users benefit from easier access to collection information independently through the OPAC system. The challenges identified in the implementation of the program include unstable internet access, limited human resources proficient in technology, and insufficient operational funding and budget support for system maintenance and staff training. Overall, the use of Inlislite has a positive impact on improving the quality of library services. This application contributes to the realization of a more modern, faster, and technology-based library service system, and supports more effective and efficient information management within the Regional Archives and Library Office of Papua Province.
