Abstract

Digitalisasi pembayaran menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi UMKM dalam rangka perubahan perilaku konsumen dan meningkatnya ketergantungan terhadap transaksi non-tunai. Namun penerapannya di kalangan usaha kecil di pedesaan masih terhambat oleh lemahnya literasi digital, terbatasnya akses terhadap infrastruktur teknologi, dan kurangnya dukungan, sehingga banyak pelaku usaha ragu atau tidak mampu meninggalkan sistem pembayaran konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penerapan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) sebagai sistem pembayaran digital pada Warung Teh Ida di Desa Cihanjuang Rahayu, Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, serta mengetahui dampaknya terhadap efisiensi transaksi, pengelolaan keuangan, dan citra usaha di mata pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kunjungan langsung ke lokasi usaha, wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik warung, serta dokumentasi selama proses registrasi dan aktivasi QRIS yang berlangsung pada bulan Februari 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penerapan QRIS, seluruh transaksi dilakukan secara tunai dansering dijumpai kendala seperti kesalahan perhitungan kembalian serta ketidaknyamanan bagi pelanggan yang tidak membawa uang pas. Pasca penerapan, proses pembayaran berlangsung lebih cepat dan akurat, pencatatan keuangan otomatis tercatat melalui riwayat transaksi digital, dan jangkauan pelanggan diperluas hingga mencakup pengguna e-wallet dan mobile banking. Pemilik warung juga menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kepercayaan diri terhadap pengoperasian sistem pembayaran digital sehari-hari. Penerapan QRIS terbukti membawa perubahan positif bagi usaha kecil seperti warung, baik dari sisi kelancaran operasional maupun peningkatan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap usaha tersebut. Namun, keberlanjutan program ini tetap memerlukan dukungan literasi digital dan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan internet di wilayah pedesaan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara optimal dan konsisten dalam jangka panjang.Payment digitization is an urgent need for MSMEs to address changing consumer behavior and increasing reliance on cashless transactions. However, its implementation among small businesses in rural areas is still hampered by weak digital literacy, limited access to technological infrastructure, and a lack of support, resulting in many business owners hesitant or unable to abandon conventional payment systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation process of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment system at Warung Teh Ida in Cihanjuang Rahayu Village, Parongpong, West Bandung Regency, and to determine its impact on transaction efficiency, financial management, and the business's image in the eyes of customers. The study was conducted using a case study method with data collection techniques in the form of direct visits to the business location, in-depth interviews with the shop owner, and documentation during the QRIS registration and activation process which took place in February 2026. The results show that before the implementation of QRIS, all transactions were carried out in cash and often encountered obstacles such as miscalculation of change and inconvenience for customers who did not carry the exact amount. Post-implementation, payment processes are faster and more accurate, financial records are automatically recorded through digital transaction histories, and customer reach is expanded to include e-wallet and mobile banking users. Stall owners also demonstrated increased understanding and confidence in the day-to-day operation of the digital payment system. The implementation of QRIS has been proven to bring positive changes to small businesses like stalls, both in terms of operational smoothness and increased customer trust. However, the sustainability of this program still requires support for digital literacy and improvements to internet network infrastructure in rural areas to ensure optimal and consistent long-term benefits.
