High school students face various challenges in adapting to an increasingly complex social environment. Problems identified at SMA Negeri 11 Tangerang Selatan include a lack of self-confidence, difficulty in building positive interpersonal relationships, and vulnerability to negative peer influence among some students. This has the potential to hinder their personal and academic development. The objective of this activity is to improve the social adaptability of students at SMA Negeri 11 Tangerang Selatan through a series of structured interventions. The implementation method includes an educational and interactive approach. The activity will begin with a psychoeducational session on the importance of social adaptation, effective communication, and conflict management. This will then be followed by social skills training, including role-playing simulations to practice interacting in various social situations. Focus group discussions will also be held to share experiences and strategies for dealing with social challenges. Outdoor activities or collaborative games will also be integrated to strengthen relationships among students and increase their confidence in interactions. Evaluation of the activity will be conducted through student participant observation, pre- and post-intervention self-assessment questionnaires, and short interviews with student representatives. It is hoped that this activity will equip students with the skills needed to adapt positively to their social environment and achieve their full potential.
