Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat menuntut guru SMK terutama guru kejuruan bisnis digital agar terus beradaptasi, sementara tingginya beban kerja serta tekanan professional terus berpotensi menurunkan resiliensi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan faktor literasi digital, dukungan komunitas serta Self-efficacy merupakan faktor penting untuk menjaga resiliensi professional guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan dukungan komunitas terhadap resiliensi profesional guru kejuruan bisnis digital melalui Self-efficacy di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 50 guru yang tergabung dalam komunitas yaitu MGMP Pemasaran dengan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda serta analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 25 dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi professional dan Self-efficacy. Dukungan komunitas tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap resiliensi professional, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-efficacy. Self-efficacy terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi professional serta berperan sebagai mediator parsial pada pengaruh literasi digital dan mediator penuh pada pengaruh dukungan komunitas terhadap resiliensi professional. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa resiliensi professional tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi teknis, namun juga melalui keyakinan diri sebagai faktor psikologi utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perlunya penguatan literasi digital dan Self-efficacy menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan resiliensi professional sekaligus peran dukungan komunitas menjadi wadah kolaborasi dan refleksi dalam menghadapi dinamika Pendidikan berbais teknologi. ABSTRACT The rapid development of digital technology requires vocational high school teachers, especially digital business vocational teachers, to continuously adapt, while the high workload and professional pressure continue to have the potential to reduce resilience. This condition indicates that digital literacy, community support, and Self-efficacy are important faktors in maintaining teacher professional resilience. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and community support on the professional resilience of digital business vocational teachers through Self-efficacy in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 50 teachers who are members of the community, namely MGMP Pemasaran, using census techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed by multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 and the Sobel test. The results show that digital literacy influences professional resilience and Self-efficacy. Community support does not directly influence professional resilience, but has a significant effect on Self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is proven to have a significant effect on professional resilience and acts as a partial mediator of the influence of digital literacy and a full mediator of the influence of community support on professional resilience. This confirms that professional resilience is influenced not only by technical competence but also by self-confidence, a key psychological faktor. This research emphasizes the need to strengthen digital literacy and Self-efficacy as crucial strategies for enhancing professional resilience, as well as the role of community support as a platform for collaboration and reflection in navigating the dynamics of technology-based education.
