This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on teachers’ job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of vocational high school teachers in Pondok Aren District, with a sample of 78 teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS version 4.1.1.6. The sampling technique applied in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work discipline does not have a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. Likewise, work motivation does not have a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction.
