Javanese Pop Music holds substantial potential for global recognition; however, its international reach remains limited due to the absence of structured strategies for cultural adaptation, collaboration, and digital ecosystem management. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of glocalization strategies—including cross-cultural adaptation, digital streaming platforms, international collaboration, and fan community engagement—in expanding the global presence of Javanese Pop Music. A quantitative survey was conducted with 100 industry practitioners (musicians, producers, and managers), and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, mediation, and moderation tests via SPSS 26. The findings reveal that all four glocalization strategies significantly and positively influence the global dissemination of Javanese Pop Music (R² = 0.632). Brand Image mediates the effect of cross-cultural adaptation (p = 0.007), while Fan Engagement mediates the impact of streaming platforms (p = 0.004). Market Orientation strengthens the role of international collaborations (ΔR² = 0.039), and local government support enhances the contribution of fan communities (ΔR² = 0.042). These results affirm that global success is not solely driven by creative production, but by the synergy of cultural strategy, digital infrastructure, community participation, and institutional support. In conclusion, a well-orchestrated glocalization approach can elevate Javanese Pop Music beyond an ethnic commodity into a competitive and sustainable model of cultural diplomacy.
