<![CDATA[Early childhood education faces the challenge of inconsistent values between home and school in character development based on Religious and Moral Values. This study aims to describe the design of a parenting program, the implementation of collaboration between teachers and parents, and its impact on children’s character development at Saymara Kindergarten. The study employs a qualitative approach using an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis, and were then analyzed using an interactive model. The results indicate that a modularly designed NAM-based parenting program can strengthen the alignment of values between home and school, increase parental involvement, and foster children’s character development in the areas of social etiquette, regular religious practices, and independence. Implementation challenges were addressed through the use of digital communication and a personalized approach. This study concludes that structured NAM-based collaboration between teachers and parents is effective in supporting the sustainable character development of young children.]]>
