Abstract

The rapid development of the e-commerce ecosystem is referred to by the majority of logistics players as a fertile climate for the growth of the logistics industry, especially courier service players and expedition services. The growth of e-commerce from 2020 to 2021 grew quite significantly, double digits. The estimate is more than 40 percent. And still waiting for the final data but still confident growth above 40 percent year-on-year, research in a qualitative approach is needed, because for data collection. In qualitative research, the presence of researchers as an instrument as well as data collectors. Data collection is a procedure for obtaining data systematically by using observation, interviews, and documentation.
