This study aims to examine the influence of organisational culture, leadership style, and work environment on the work productivity of outsourced employees at private hospitals in North Jakarta. Outsourcing allows hospitals to move non-core tasks (healthcare services) to more expert third parties. However, outsourcing can have a negative impact when hospital management does not exercise good control such as loss of control over quality, work productivity, and the absence of personal attachment between outsourced employees and the hospital. This study used a total of 114 outsourced employees consisting of security, cleaning service, pest control, garden and parking attendants as respondents, and utilised the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. The results showed that (1) organisational culture and work environment have a significant effect on the work productivity of outsourced employees, (2) while leadership style has no significant effect on the work productivity of outsourced employees. The implication of this study shows that the right organisational culture and work environment can increase the work productivity of outsourced employees in hospitals, so that the goals and service standards of hospitals can be achieved.
