The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes to the productivity and economic transformation of Generation Z in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the impact of AI in three main aspects: education, employment and digital lifestyle. This study uses a literature review method by examining various relevant literature sources. The research results show that AI improves learning efficiency through personalization of materials and automation of administration, although there are still challenges related to accessibility and ethics of use. In employment, AI is driving the automation of routine tasks and creating new opportunities in the technology sector, but it also requires strengthening the digital skills of the young workforce. Additionally, AI influences Generation Z's consumption patterns and lifestyle through e-commerce and social media algorithms, impacting shopping preferences and social interactions. In conclusion, although AI offers various opportunities for Generation Z, inclusive policies and collaboration between government, academia and industry are needed to optimize its benefits and overcome emerging challenges.
