Infectious diseases are one of the problems in the world of health. Klebsiella pneumonia is a Gram-negative bacterium that can cause urinary tract infections and respiratory infections. In dealing with the problem of such infections is indispensable the use of antibacterials. But its continuously increasing use can cause various problems. So that a safer and more effective alternative treatment is needed, namely utilizing natural ingredients. The purpose of this review literature is to explore the potential of plants that have antibacterial activity against K. pneumonia bacteria. The result of this review is the presence of plant extracts that have antibacterial activity against K. pneumonia with the lowest inhibitory power of 4.8 mm in Cassia alata L. leaf ethanol extract, while the highest inhibitory power is in Dendropthoe sp ethanol extract of 25.5±5.22 mm.
