<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the challenges and opportunities faced by teachers at MI NU 71 Unggulan Karanganom in adapting digital-based learning for Generation Alpha. This generation is known as digital natives with a visual, fast, and interactive learning style, which requires teachers to innovate in their teaching methods. The research employs a qualitative case study approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation, member checking, audit trail, and peer debriefing. The findings reveal that the main challenges faced by teachers include low digital literacy, limited technological facilities, a digital gap between teachers and students, and minimal technical support. However, opportunities that can be optimized include the use of engaging digital learning media, wide access to learning resources, enhancement of teacher competence through online training, and collaboration within digital communities. The adaptation strategies implemented include teacher collaboration, simple blended learning, gradual adaptation to technology, integration of Islamic values into digital content, and active communication with parents. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for madrasahs and policymakers in formulating teacher digital competence improvement programs that remain aligned with Islamic educational values.]]>
