<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of workplace facilities and non-physical work environment on employee productivity at Bank SulutGo Amurang Branch. Using a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 54 employees, the results show that workplace facilities do not significantly affect productivity (t-count 0.637 < t-table 2.006), while the non-physical work environment has a significant effect (t-count 6.076 > t-table 2.006). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence (F-count 27.856 > F-table 3.18). These findings confirm that the non-physical work environment plays a more dominant role in driving productivity, aligning with Herzberg's theory which positions workplace facilities as a hygiene factor. Practical recommendations for management include conducting regular evaluations of facilities and fostering a conducive, safe, and comfortable work environment to enhance employee productivity.]]>
