<![CDATA[This study analyzes the collaboration network patterns among student entrepreneurship institutions at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in building a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with informants purposively selected from institutional leaders at the university, faculty, and department levels. The study was conducted from November 2024 to February 2025 and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the collaboration network among institutions has not been optimally integrated, as reflected in weak communication and coordination and the dominance of programs focused on strengthening internal organizational capacity. HIPMI PT UNNES plays a central bridging role in the student entrepreneurship network; however, this coordinating function is not yet supported by structured and sustainable mechanisms. Collaboration with external partners remains short-term and project-based. The main challenges include limited human resource capacity and insufficient technical and managerial support from the university. The study recommends establishing regular coordination forums, strengthening the role of HIPMI PT UNNES, optimizing institutional support, and continuously enhancing human resource capacity to strengthen a synergistic and competitive student entrepreneurial ecosystem.]]>
