<![CDATA[This study aims to systematically examine the implementation of behavioral contracts in group counseling services as a strategy to reduce student tardiness. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 15 scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025, obtained from reputable scientific databases such as ERIC, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The selected articles were analyzed based on the implementation context, behavioral contract design, implementation stages, and their impact on student tardiness. The analysis results indicate that the consistent application of behavioral contracts in group counseling can enhance awareness of responsibility, time discipline, and reduce student tardiness across various educational levels. The implications of these findings reinforce the role of guidance counselors in integrating behavior-based interventions in a collaborative, structured, and long-term change-oriented manner.]]>
