<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Belanja Pemerintah terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) melalui Investasi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara periode 2011–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS dan DJPK Kementerian Keuangan RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi dan PDRB, sedangkan Belanja Pemerintah berpengaruh negatif terhadap keduanya. Investasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB. Secara simultan, PAD dan Belanja Pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa investasi tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara PAD dan Belanja Pemerintah terhadap PDRB. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Original Income (PAD) and Government Expenditure on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) through Investment in North Sumatra Province for the period 2011–2024. The method used is path analysis with secondary data obtained from BPS and DJPK of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that PAD has a positive and significant effect on investment and GRDP, while Government Expenditure has a negative effect on both. Investment has a positive but insignificant effect on PDRB. Simultaneously, PAD and Government Expenditure have a significant effect on PDRB. The Sobel test results show that investment does not significantly mediate the relationship between PAD and Government Expenditure on GRDP.
