<![CDATA[This study discusses the importance of applying administrative law principles in formulating just public policies. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research identifies and analyzes the concept of justice in public policy and the role of accountability, transparency, and public participation principles in supporting inclusive and fair policies. The findings show that accountability ensures responsibility for every decision made, transparency provides adequate access to information for the public, and public participation enables community involvement in the policymaking process. However, several challenges remain, such as low public participation, limited access to information, a closed bureaucratic culture, and suboptimal institutional capacity. To overcome these challenges, solutions are needed, including increasing public legal literacy, optimizing the use of information technology, and strengthening institutional capacity to support a more inclusive and transparent policy process. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing just regulations and promoting better governance.]]>
