Abstract

Stunting is a world problem because of its implications for determining the future of the nation. Indonesia, as a developing country, still has a high stunting prevalence rate. Based on data from the 2022 National Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 21.6%. This figure is still more than the target figure set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the stunting rate should be no more than 20%. There were obstacles in implementing the stunting reduction target, one of which was a lack of important intake such as animal protein and vegetable protein. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing stunting prevention by empowering village communities through mutual cooperation agents in Kalimantong Village, West Sumbawa Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that Kalimantong Village has a relatively low prevalence rate compared to other villages in Brang Ene District, West Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, to support the target of reducing stunting, human empowerment is needed through mutual cooperation agents to prevent stunting and increase human resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the positive impacts of regional autonomy is the change in the government system from a centralized system to a decentralized system. Decentralization in regional autonomy means that there is a delegation of authority from the central government to regional governments. The delegation of authority means the granting of authority and flexibility to the regions to manage and utilize regional resources optimally. Although the emphasis on autonomy is placed at the Regency/City level, in essence, independence must start from the lowest level of government, namely the Village. Because government starts from the village, as a follow-up to the provisions contained in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages was issued. Article 1 of Law Number 6 of 214 concerning Villages states that: "The village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, origin rights, and/or rights. recognized and respected in the system of government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The research objectives are: To analyze the Village Financial Management strategy in 2 villages namely Stungkep Lingsar Village and Mendana Raya Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency, for the 2015-2018 fiscal year. The research method used is a qualitative research method, while the results of the research are as follows: There is a very clear difference between financial management in Setungkep Lingsar Village and financial management in Mendana Raya Village. Village financial management in Setungkep Lingsar Village, starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability processes have been going well and correctly in accordance with applicable regulations, while village financial management in Mendana Raya Village, in terms of activities related to Planning, Management Business, Reporting and Accountability have been carried out properly and correctly in accordance with applicable regulations, especially the provisions in Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, only in terms of carrying out activities that deviate from existing provisions, where the transfer of funds to build and or finance other activities that are considered urgent and have not been listed in the APBDesa, not accompanied by changes in the APBDesa. Suggestion, the East Lombok Regency Government and the Village Head and related agencies to provide in-depth understanding to village government officials either through education education and training as well as through courses related to village financial management

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze and reflect the urgency of building smart and good citizens in the digital era through the citizenship education program, because it includes efforts to strengthen civic competence in an inclusive and massive manner, citizenship education, and increase youth literacy based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This research was completed based on a qualitative approach, using literature study methods, data analysis techniques, namely reduction, display and verification. The result is, in a world full of easily accessible information, smart citizens must be able to sort and filter correct and trustworthy information. They must have the ability to verify the veracity of information and analyze its sources. This is important to avoid the spread of fake news (hoaxes) and promote accurate knowledge. The digital era also provides many opportunities to participate in people's lives online. Smart citizens can use digital platforms to share ideas, voice opinions, and contribute to issues they care about. They must also be able to communicate well and respect other people's opinions in a digital environment. In addition, Smart citizens must understand the importance of digital ethics in online interactions. They must respect the rights and privacy of others, avoid cyberbullying behavior, and promote a positive and inclusive attitude in cyberspace. Forming good citizens in the digital era means forming individuals who are responsible, empathetic and have social awareness in the use of technology. In order to form smart and good citizens in the digital era, education and awareness of the importance of digital literacy and digital ethics need to be improved. Schools and educational institutions should include subjects that teach technology skills and wise use. Apart from that, the role of parents and the community is also important in providing guidance and good examples in the use of digital technology. In this way, we can create an intelligent, responsible and ethical society in this digital era.

Abstract

In the process of corn plant growth, it often faces the threat of various diseases that can hinder optimal growth. Dealing with this issue often requires the presence of a plant expert, such as a field agricultural extension officer.  However, limitations in the human resources of  agricultural extension officers, time constraints, and geographical distances often make it difficult for farmers to get direct assistance from experts. To overcome these constraints, a system capable of addressing issues related to corn plant diseases, similar to the role of an expert, is needed. In this study, the Certainty Factor method is employed, suitable for an expert system that measures the level of uncertainty, and through testing with 28 sample data cases, the accuracy level of this system reaches 90%.

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern technology such as smartphones, it has positive and negative impacts in this modern era. The positive impact is easy access to information. Meanwhile, the negative impact is misuse of the smartphone itself, such as opening websites that are not suitable for viewing, one of which is addiction to internet games which makes you lazy about studying. Apart from that, there is also a significant problem, namely travelers and children or teenagers at the Al-Muttaqin Mosque in Suralaga who seem to have quite difficulty carrying religious guidance in the form of a book. To overcome this, an Android-based prayer guidance application was created. It is hoped that this can provide understanding for children and teenagers at the Al-Muttaqin Mosque in Suralaga. As a result, this application was built using the Flutter Framework and the Waterfall method which consists of the user needs analysis stage, namely analyzing what needs and features are needed when creating the application. The design stage is the system design stage using System Flowcharts, UML (Use Case, Class and Activity) diagrams. The implementation stage is the stage of implementing the UI/UX design into a programming language using Visual Studio Code. The final testing stage is the stage of testing the functionality of the application using black box testing and using usability. The results of black box testing show that all menus were successfully executed and the results of usability testing using a Likert scale were 84.8%. This shows that in terms of utility the application built is in the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Denpasar City, Bali Province, has formulated an effective strategy for handling food insecurity by adopting an information technology-based approach and coordinating Social Service employees. This strategy focuses on improving employee performance and competency, information technology infrastructure, distribution centers, and optimizing transportation aspects. Through this approach, distribution points in sub-district or sub-district centers are encouraged to strengthen the inclusive approach promoted by this program. However, obstacles in program implementation are critical points that require serious attention. Problems related to unregistered beneficiaries and changes in KPM addresses are the main challenges in maintaining smooth BPNT distribution. In addition, uncertainty due to inconsistent distribution of funds every month creates a difficult situation for beneficiaries. Technical obstacles, such as the availability of stock at E-Warong and technical problems with the EDC machine, also add to the complexity of implementing the program. To overcome these obstacles, measurable and sustainable solutions are needed. Steps such as conducting direct visits to beneficiary homes to ensure data validity and preventing input errors, labeling KPM homes to reduce overlap, and close collaboration between the Social Service and Dukcapil Service to update data, are solutions that can improve effectiveness and efficiency of the BPNT program in Denpasar City. By implementing these steps, it is hoped that this program can continue to run better and have a greater positive impact in dealing with food insecurity in the region.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the largest archipelagic country in the world, faces significant natural disaster risks due to its geographic location between three major tectonic plates. West Sumatra Province, particularly Pasaman Barat Regency, is a high-risk area for disasters such as flash floods, exacerbated by geographical conditions, high rainfall intensity, and spatial planning violations. This study aims to design and evaluate flood disaster management strategies through the utilization of information from the internet, particularly via the "Sahabat Bencana" website. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was employed in this research. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies, and analyzed using strategy theory. The results indicate that the "Sahabat Bencana" website can be an effective tool in forming Disaster-Resilient Villages by providing up-to-date information, early warnings, and mitigation steps. However, its effectiveness is influenced by digital literacy, information technology infrastructure, and content relevance. Challenges in implementing this website include low digital literacy, limited internet access, and socio-cultural factors. Therefore, improving digital literacy, providing adequate infrastructure, and involving community leaders in website socialization are necessary. Overcoming these challenges will maximize the effectiveness of the "Sahabat Bencana" website in strengthening village resilience against disasters in Pasaman Barat Regency and other regions in Indonesia.
