TOEFL ITP training conducted in December 2024 at KH Mukhtar Syafa'at University (UIMSYA) aimed to enhance the English proficiency of Master’s students in Islamic Education Management (MPI) across three main components: Listening Comprehension, Structure and Written Expression, and Reading Comprehension. The training employed a competency-based approach involving theory, practice, and periodic evaluations. Results indicated significant improvements in Listening (15%), Structure (20%), and Reading (3%). Qualitatively, participants reported increased confidence in taking the TOEFL and appreciated the practical methods applied, although they highlighted the need for more practice in the Reading section. The output included structured training materials, while the outcome comprised enhanced English skills for academic and professional purposes. Recommendations include organizing extended training with broader coverage and utilizing online learning technologies.
