ANALISIS STRATEGI UMPAN BALIK DAN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM MEMBANGUN INTERAKSI PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

  ABSTRACT Quality learning interaction is an important factor in creating active and meaningful learning processes in elementary schools. However, the implementation of feedback strategies and effective communication in learning activities has not been optimal, causing interactions between teachers and students to remain largely one-way. This study aims to analyze feedback strategies in the learning process, examine effective communication strategies used by teachers, and understand the contribution of both strategies in developing meaningful learning interactions in elementary schools. This study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were collected through documentation studies and literature reviews from scientific journals, books, and other relevant documents. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that feedback strategies such as direct, written, reflective, and technology-based feedback were able to improve students’ engagement, motivation, and understanding in learning activities. In addition, effective communication characterized by clear message delivery, understandable language, active listening skills, and two-way communication also contributed to improving the quality of learning interactions. The integration of these two strategies created a more interactive learning process, strengthened positive relationships between teachers and students, and supported the establishment of a conducive learning environment in elementary schools. ABSTRAK Interaksi pembelajaran yang berkualitas menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan proses belajar yang aktif dan bermakna di Sekolah Dasar. Namun, penerapan strategi umpan balik dan komunikasi efektif dalam pembelajaran masih belum optimal sehingga interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik cenderung berlangsung satu arah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi umpan balik dalam proses pembelajaran, mengkaji strategi komunikasi efektif yang digunakan guru, serta memahami kontribusi kedua strategi tersebut dalam membangun interaksi pembelajaran yang bermakna di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen relevan lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi umpan balik seperti umpan balik langsung, tertulis, reflektif, dan berbasis teknologi mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan pemahaman peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, komunikasi efektif yang ditandai dengan kejelasan penyampaian pesan, penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, kemampuan mendengarkan aktif, dan komunikasi dua arah turut meningkatkan kualitas interaksi pembelajaran. Integrasi kedua strategi tersebut menghasilkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, membangun hubungan positif antara guru dan peserta didik, serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif di Sekolah Dasar.
