Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan International Hijab Solidarity Day dalam program keputrian di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta sebagai upaya penguatan pemahaman hijab pada mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan koordinator program, panitia, serta peserta kegiatan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berperan dalam: (1) menginternalisasikan makna hijab sebagai identitas religius dan bentuk kesadaran diri, bukan sekadar simbol penampilan; (2) memperkuat aspek psikologis berupa rasa percaya diri dan kebanggaan berhijab melalui narasi pengalaman personal; serta (3) menciptakan ruang pembelajaran yang suportif dan non-judgmental yang mampu mengurangi tekanan sosial terkait stereotip berhijab. Di sisi lain, terdapat tantangan berupa keberagaman praktik berhijab dan pengaruh tren fesyen yang memengaruhi konsistensi pemahaman mahasiswi. Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation strategies of the International Hijab Solidarity Day activities within the women’s program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as an effort to strengthen female students’ understanding of the hijab. This study employs a qualitative approach using the case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the program coordinator, committee members, and activity participants, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that this program plays a role in: (1) internalizing the meaning of the hijab as a religious identity and a form of self-awareness, rather than merely a fashion symbol; (2) strengthening psychological aspects such as self-confidence and pride in wearing the hijab through personal experience narratives; and (3) creating a supportive and non-judgmental learning space capable of reducing social pressure related to hijab stereotypes. On the other hand, challenges include the diversity of hijab practices and the influence of fashion trends that affect the consistency of the students’ understanding.
