Abstract

Recently, the interest of parents who have children with special needs with various diagnoses has increased to send their children to SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang. It is the school's duty to approach students to get special treatment in facilitating the learning process at school. However, PAI teachers do not have special expertise in inclusive education. This study is to discuss the challenges faced by PAI teachers who teach in inclusive schools. The data collection technique used in this study was through interviews with school principals, vice principals for curriculum, and all Islamic education teachers. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, presentation of patterned data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the challenges faced by PAI teachers were difficulties in communicating and controlling the behavior of children with special needs even though children with special needs have a good level of academic intelligence, including memorizing the Qur'an. Another challenge found is experiencing a bad mood while studying, teachers are required to have full patience because sometimes children with special needs are indifferent and stare blankly. After conditioning children with special needs to have a good mood, the PAI teacher slowly returns to delivering lessons.

Abstract

Human existence both as social and individual beings will certainly require knowledge in carrying out their role in life in the world. This study aims to determine the concept of Muslim human progress in the perspective of al-Qur'an Surat Al-Mujadalah verse 11. The research method used is library research with descriptive qualitative research. The results obtained from data analysis are that the concept of progressive Muslim man in the perspective of al-Qur'an Surat Al-Mujadalah verse 11 is (1) Muslim man who has strong faith and aqidah, especially in running his life in the world. (2) Muslims who make the Qur'an as a guide and differentiator between right and wrong in their lives and with knowledge Allah raises their degrees higher than other Muslims. (3) servants of the most merciful Allah.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to observe and explain the improvement in the quality problems of elementary schools in the Muhammadiyah organization to encourage a quality management system. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 24 Rawa Mangun Elementary School, Jakarta. Design/methods/approach – This study used qualitative methodologies through data collection techniques like interviews with key informants in the school environment, field observations, analytical documentation studies, and examination of previous research findings. The collected data was analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification. Findings – Research findings showed that SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun implements a quality management system. The pattern of TQM implementation starts from the parent's quality, where then each part/function sets quality objectives that refer to and are aligned with the parent's quality goals. They include the sequence of processes, activities, facilities and documents used, teaching and learning process activities, and other supporting activities carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun, evaluation and supervision conducted in process stages under evaluation and supervision procedures. Not to mention maximum achievements in terms of TQM since it involves various educational instruments - namely qualified educators and education personnel, students, curriculum, facilities, and processes as well. Research implications/limitations – This study highlights the importance of quality management assurance in improving the education quality in primary schools. Future research could investigate the impact of specific quality management assurance practices on the academic outcomes of SD Muhammadiyah 24 Rawamangun. Originality/value – The study provides unique insights into the impact of quality management assurance on specific academic outcomes, which can inform future research in education.

Abstract

The emergence of the 4.0 age has increasingly caused the younger generation to rely on technology in every part of their lives. This is detrimental to society, especially for those who would rather use social media than interact with others in class. While they surf in the virtual world, they are less secure in the real world. This study aims to clarify how the religious program, muhadhoroh, is implemented to form the students' self-confidence at SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat, South Tangerang. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research methodology. Utilizing interviews and observation as data collection methods. Data reduction was used to analyze this study's data. According to the survey, muhadhoroh exercises help pupils become more confident while enhancing their language and communication skills, resulting in positive outcomes. The muhadhoroh activities are conducted regularly every Friday, and the officers are scheduled to take turns from each class.

Abstract

Urgensinya membentuk akhlak mulia dan memiiki kompetensi ungul (ulil Albab), merupakan wahyu dari Allah SWT, yang merupakan perintah untuk merealisasikannya kepada manusia umumnya dan lebih khusus di kalangan peserta didik atau pelajar dan mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus bangsa di masa yang penuh dengan tantangan digital ini. Akhlak mulia berarti meliputi tentang etika, moral, karakter, attitude, kepribadian, yang sangat baik sekali. Belajar dan berlatih adalah salah satu item untuk meningkatkan kapasitas intelektial/kompetensi unggul. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan pelatihan/seminar kepada para mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta di Fakutas agama Islam. Ketercapain pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat pencerahan bagaimana cara mengelelola dan mengkoneksikan antara akhlak mulia meliputi (Akhlak mulia berarti meliputi tentang etika, moral, karakter, attitude, kepribadian, yang sangat baik sekali) Mengkoneksikan nilai-nilai agama Islam khususnya akhlakul karimah dengan kompetensi unggul, teknologi, dan sains agar mahasiswa mampu berkometensi dan meraih kesuksesan

Abstract

Spiritual well-being itself has been recognized as the spiritual condition of individuals who feel their lives are good and can function optimally. Various studies have been conducted to reveal what factors can influence the level of spiritual well-being. Spiritual well-being in foster children can be a foundation for them in facing a critical and turbulent period at the completion of the sentence, because the problems faced in completing the sentence at LPKA can be felt increasingly concerning and transformed into critical personal problems because it has led to various forms of decline in the spiritual well-being of a foster child. Therefore, it is important to have happiness for foster children as an indicator of quality of life. The condition of spiritual well-being in foster children was assessed in terms of age, gender, socioeconomic status of parents, and intentional activities. The results of the study indicate that the average spiritual wellbeing is low and reveal that there are significant differences in the spiritual wellbeing of foster children in terms of gender, socioeconomic status of parents and involvement in intentional activities. The most influential dimension of spiritual well-being is usually found in environmental mastery, where children in the adolescent phase feel happy when they are able to master their environment well. The purpose of the research he conducted was to express the level of spiritual well-being of children fostered by LPKA I Tangerang. Thus, they can complete the period of serving their sentence in a timely manner. The stages of research methods through field research and descriptive qualitative approach by examining data in the form of scientific journals, books, and manuscripts. The results of this study are expected to have recommendations for higher education institutions, namely Islamic universities, especially in carrying out their duties as educational institutions that educate the lives of generations, require insight and knowledge related to aspects that can affect the development of students as individuals who continue to develop through the provision of lecture assignments not only in educational institutions but in correctional institutions so that students have new and many experiences and insights.

Abstract

Potensi peserta didik agar siap dalam menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi ini, diperlukan suatu proses pendidikan. Hal tersebut terdapat peranan yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang. Pendidikan bertujuan mengembangkan fitrahnya sebagai Khalifah di muka bumi tanpa ada perasaan tertekan. Tercapainya tujuan pendidikan salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang memiliki program pesantren Ramadhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pesantren Ramadhan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama Islam Bagi Anak Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertempat di Lembaga Studi Islam Al Awfiya Jakarta Barat dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian terdiri atas tahap pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan, pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan penulisan laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah: 1) proses pesantren Ramadhan di Lembaga Studi Islam menggunakan metode ceramah dengan diselingi tanya jawab dan permainan antara pengajar dengan siswa, 2) program pesantren Ramadhan di Lembaga Studi Islam Al Awfiya Jakarta Barat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Agama bagi Anak Sekolah Dasar dan berupaya memberikan pemahaman ubudiyah guna meningkatkan ketakwaan dan pemahaman pengetahuan Agama pada diri siswa sekolah dasar.
