This community service program aimed to assist micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bontomatene Village, Turatea District, Jeneponto Regency, in strengthening product branding and using the Shopee application as a digital promotion channel. The partner problems included inconsistent packaging, less attractive product photos, limited product descriptions, and limited skills in uploading and managing digital storefronts. The program was conducted on March 2, 2026, using a participatory approach consisting of needs observation, branding counseling, product photography practice, preparation of product descriptions and prices, product-upload simulation on Shopee, and reflective evaluation. The assisted MSME products included local coffee, chips, snacks, honey, palm sugar, and bottled products. The activity improved partners' understanding of brand visual elements, digital promotional material readiness, and basic skills in creating content and product listings. The program produced label designs, product photos, draft descriptions, and a concise guide for MSME digital promotion management.
