Modern innovations in communication technology, such as the proliferation of online video sharing platforms like YouTube, have had a significant effect on Islamic methods of sermon delivery. This study aims to analyze Adi Hidayat's YouTube channel through the lens of a da'wah media management strategy for improving the dissemination of Islamic concepts in the context of contemporary digital media. The research was qualitative in character and used a descriptive technique. Scholarly publications, books, and journals addressing da'wah communication and digital media, as well as da'wah videos on YouTube, were consulted to compile the data. According to the results, the management strategy of da'wah media consists of four stages: preparation, organization, execution, and evaluation. A great instrument for da'wah, YouTube offers more adaptive and participative modes of communication and has a vast audience reach. The increasing interest in learning about Islam via internet platforms, especially among younger generations, is a sign of digital da'wah's success. Conversely, digital da'wah has challenges such as the spread of false information, negative comments and hoaxes on social media, and lackluster content that competes with enjoyment. Skilled, creative, and flexible media management is essential for the effective dissemination of Islamic teachings that are pertinent to the needs of modern society.
