<![CDATA[This study examines the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, school culture, and teacher work discipline on teacher performance in junior high schools (SMP) in Pagelaran District. The research method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 86 teachers from two SMPs. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership style has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, contributing 29.10%; (2) school culture has a very significant influence on teacher performance, contributing 96.10%; and (3) work discipline also has a positive influence on teacher performance, contributing 79.80%. Simultaneously, these three variables contributed 97.30% to teacher performance. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership style, a positive school culture, and work discipline in improving teacher performance, which in turn has the potential to improve the quality of education in SMPs. Recommendations are provided for principals and teachers to implement transformational leadership principles and build a school culture that supports and enhances work discipline.]]>
