<![CDATA[The development of information technology has a positive impact on various business sectors, including the housing development and marketing sector. PT. Cahaya Amal Taqwa is a company engaged in housing development that currently still uses a conventional system in the process of ordering subsidized houses. Prospective buyers are required to come directly to the housing location to obtain information and make reservations. In addition, the process of recording customer data, filling out order forms, and making payment receipts is still done manually, causing the service process to be less effective and efficient. This study aims to design and build a web-based housing ordering information system at PT. Cahaya Amal Taqwa using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system built is expected to make it easier for customers to obtain information about housing, make house reservations online, and help the company in managing booking data in a computerized manner. The research methods used include data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study are a web-based application that provides detailed information about housing, the house booking process, customer data management, and more effective and accurate booking reports.
